    July Goals 2019

It is sooooo freaking hot down here in Nashville, but what else is to be expected in July? Heat aside, we have some pretty big things before heading back to school in August (the last two weeks of July for us teachers..). Without further ado, here’s our goals for July!   Travel    I’m heading out to Oklahoma to visit my family. I’m super excited to see them and to get up to all sorts of shenanigans! On the way back into Tennessee we’re going to be stopping in Memphis to experience all the food, music, and hitting up Graceland before coming back into Nashville.    Go River Ratting  …

Tale as Old as Time High Tea Review

We wanted to love this Tale as Old as Time Tea. Oh, how we wanted to love this, but we just didn’t. We were coming back from Hampton court so we were in comfortable travel clothes. We didn’t realize how fancy this place was, but we definitely felt out of place. If you wanted to get dressed up and go for a special occasion it would be super fun. While the finger food was delicious and very creative, we just felt like it was way overpriced for what it included. What It Is   The Tale as Old as Time Tea is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a traditional…

    May 2019 Goals

It’s gonna be MAY! We are one month away from summer and I can hardly believe how fast this school year went (thank goodness). I was able (with my mom’s help) to clean and organize my entire apartment. I got rid of so much stuff and it feels amazing! This month, I hope I am able to chill out little though even though I still have so much I need to do before summer. Only Spend Money On Essentials With all our trips, I have definitely been spending too much money and my account is taking  a hit. So this month, I am going to try not to spend any…

    April Goals

You know the old saying, April showers bring May flowers? Well I hope that it actually stops raining in our case. It’s rained so much here already this year that I’m ready for some sunshine! The month of March was really busy for us, and I’m just looking forward to a calm April. Spring Cleaning   I tend to let things get out of hand and then I’m too overwhelmed to clean at all. Hopefully, by getting into some serious deep cleaning inside and outside this month will do me some good.   Read More (than I already do)   While we were in Florida, we found a bookshop that…
