We have missed you all so much! We decided that between the tornado hitting our town and the coronavirus that it would be best to take a little break from blogging. Today starts mental health awareness month and we decided that it would be a perfect time to touch base with everyone. We have put together The Ultimate Mental Health Awareness Month Challenge. Every day this month we have an activity for you to complete.

This past month (and a few weeks) have been tough for everyone and we feel like our mental health has really taken a toll. We would love to be able to help you during this difficult time. We hope that this challenge helps you to get out of your head and focus on the little things that make you happy.
If you find yourself in more need of a little more help than you can get from friends, family, or a little self-care, consider joining an app like Talkspace or something similar.
